Shipping information
We deliver and install furniture to most part of Victoria using our own delivery van. Total cost of the goods or services offered does not include all appropriate shipping/handling charges and taxes.
All prices displayed on this website are exclusive of shipping costs.
Please contact us to discuss availability and estimated time of delivery.
Returns & exchange
At Recliner Specialist, our aim is to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied. If you are not completely happy with a product that you purchased from this site, for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 14 days of your purchase providing the product and its packaging is returned to us in its original new condition and is accompanied by your receipt.
Once your returned items have been received by us we will credit your card within 7 business days less the cost of Shipping or postage paid by Recliner Specialist. The refund will appear on your credit card statement. Alternatively, Recliner Specialist is happy to provide you with a credit on your customer account.

Q: How do I place my order?
A: You may place your order online, over the phone or in person. The choice is yours.
Q: Do you have a show room?
A: We have a retail store selling everything to do with Recliners and Beds on the 119 High Street, Shepparton VIC 3630. You’re more than welcome to come by and view our products before you buy. We have most products and colour options available to view.
Q: Is it safe to shop online?
A: Yes, your information will remain secure at all times.
Q: Are the items you sell in stock?
A: Generally yes, if the item you want is not available you will be informed of this by return email or phone.
Q: Can you customise an Item for me?
A: Sometimes yes, please email us or call us on (03) 5831 1500 to discuss your options.

PAYMENT
Q: Can I pay by credit card?
A: Yes, we accept Visa, Master Card and American Express.
Q: Can I pay over the phone?
A: Yes please call (03) 5831 1500 to place your order.
Q: Is there another way I can pay? I don’t have a credit card.
A: Yes, either by Bank Cheque or bank deposit, please choose an appropriate payment method when check out.
Q: Can I pay the delivery driver?
A: No, payment must be made before the goods are sent out. Our delivery contractors are not equipped to take payments.
DELIVERY, RETURNS & WARRANTY
Q: How much does delivery cost?
A: Delivery and Installtion is free on all purchases $3000 and over (upto 200 km from Shepparton). Orders can be sent to more than 200 km from shepparton and a quote for shipping will be calculated upon request. We also use Australia post to deliver some product, which will be delivered though out Australia.
Q: Can I pick up the items I am interested in from your showroom?
A: Yes, please see our contact page for details of our location and trading hours.
Q: How long will it take to receive my goods when I order over the phone or online?
A: We usually dispatch the goods within 4-5 business days. Once it leaves our facility you can expect local delivery within a day. Outside of the Shepparton delivery ranges from 5-7 days. If sent via Australia post we provide you with tracking details so you will know exactly when the goods will arrive.
Q: Are the goods insured while in transit?
A: Yes, all goods are automatically insured.
Q: What If I receive damaged goods?
A: If you receive goods that are damaged upon receipt please let us know as soon as possible to arrange a replacement. See our Terms and Conditions for further details.
